I believe the option you want would be NRaas > MC > Settings > CAS > Slider Multiple:Facial. All of the sliders on the different body sections are considered facial sliders, so that would include custom height ones. The default is 1, so changing that to 2 will extend the slider to 2x maximum in both directions.
None of those things you have described are what MC > Reset Everything will do. First, I would suggest making sure that your friend used the correct command. It's, on City Hall or an in-game computer, NRaas > MC > Town > Reset Everything. That performs a MC Reset on all sims, objects, and lots in the currently played town.
Sims with high "Wildlife Friend" skill have less chance to startle a wild horse away. Having the "Animal Lover" and the "Loves the Outdoor" traits will help build this skill faster. I use a mod by Shimrod101 which fixes the routing for Horses and Deer, so maybe you can try it out and see if it helps your Sim "watch" a little longer.
Then just try to move to other town as usual. Also you can use Nraas Story Progression to limit number of Sims in your town (default it 150) dlarlQma • 3 yr. ago. Phone -> Travel (add all the Sims you want to travel with) -> Town Hall -> Traveler -> Change my hometown.
1 - Using SP, switch off career progression at the Sim level of options for that sim. That will prevent them from being promoted, but I don't know if they will continue to get raises. 2 - Use SP's Restrict Some Levels to a Single Sim and Only One May Lead:Allow Active > True on General Options > Options:Careers (SP Career add-on module required
I like to see new sims generated from the Options:Lots genetics settings (for Residents) and Options:Sims settings (for non-resident NPCs; SP Population module required) with a fair number of just randomly generated sims using neither. 3: As far as I know, and others can correct me if I've got this wrong, the age of the sims in the bin doesn't
Check in your Mods .package files for custom content you are no longer using and either delete it or save it elsewhere for later use. Reduce the number of sims in SavedSims. Reduce the number of files that you keep within your Sims 3 user-directory. Once done with a game session move your files to a folder outside this directory.
Once you have installed S3PE, start it and use File->Open. Browse to your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves folder and find the .sims3 folder you want to process. You may want to set S3PE to open "All Files". Open the save file with the file extension of ".nhd". Now do the following steps:
I use something more like 30/10/6/2/1, slightly different for each world. The way this works is like soft caps. if a level ratio to the total resident population is maxed out, then no further sims can reach that level until some of them drop back to the lower ones, die, or move out of the world.
